The Weekend is Perpetually Over...

In the ideal world, there would be no yearning for the weekend...each day would be equally enjoyable in its own way and I wouldn't feel so gloomy on Sunday night, textbook on my right and Vitamin Water (flavor: Revive, Fruit Punch) on my left. But alas, the weekend is indeed over. I have another final tomorrow that I will do well in (the power of positive thinking...you can will anything into being), and then a photo portfolio and Roman Economy final due on Wednesday...and then freedom! It will never have tasted sweeter...

I must say though, for being a weekend that I thought would be full of studying and gloom, I had quite a good time. Katherine and Ava celebrated their joint birthday part on Friday night, and it was so much fun. I had just gotten back from seeing 300 with friends and was pretty beat, so my intention was to only stop over at Katherine's and then head home and get a good night's rest....but you know how it goes. The night was a blast. So many people came out and were happy and dancing, chatting and meeting people. Not everyone came in costume (costume party), but those who did looked awesome. Cheers to Katherine and Ava for having the best costumes out of everyone...but I guess that was to be expected. Dr. Love's costume wasn't so bad either...
But anyway, the fun has come to a halt and I'm actually studying right now. Boo, hiss.
